A dinner designed for sharing
Mexican-inspired starters in the centre, beef chosen according to the ageing cabinet, fish finished over charcoal and house desserts let the table build a meal in several stages around the same fire.
The bar follows the evening
Margarita, Paloma, Negroni and Aperol Spritz sit alongside white, rosé, red and sparkling wines. Drinks can accompany dinner or extend the conversation after the plates are cleared.
Terrace and dining room
Humo has both an outdoor terrace and an indoor dining room. The exact table depends on availability for each service; if you prefer to sit outside, mention it when booking so the team can take it into account.
